Having talks within our organisation about trainees the minds are willing but….. the work involved and the cost seems to be an issue and we haven’t worked out a way that might incentivise mediators to share work , expertise and clients , meeting PPC costs with no infrastructure behind us .
We are only a small service but no admin but I am sure we are not alone .

Maybe another chance for a zoom meeting to share ideas .. how do organisations make it work and share best practices ?
